Cautionary Note For Men:

  • Going through change can be very hard and can leave a Man discouraged and lost. It is in these crucial beginnings to find the right kind of support and understanding from other Men that have gone through what you have and came out stronger on the other side.
  • Many groups today cater to women, families and offer a strong bias towards one perspective. Even marriage counseling offers a very low success rate because they focus on a relationship that is in the process of ending. These environments can manipulate a vulnerable Man and stress that there is something wrong with you. This is far from the truth!
  • This is the time to be very selective, be sceptical but remain curious as your growth will eventually inspire you to find Your truth. Connect with people and build your support in a way that your renewed beliefs, values and actions mirror a life that you want to live.
